Refund policy

Garantía de 30 noches de Duerme Mejor. Añade Duerme Mejor a tu botiquín de suplementos en la app Fasting For You y márcalo cada noche durante tus primeras 30 noches. Si al terminar esas 30 noches no notas la diferencia, escríbenos a soporte@fastingforyou.app con tu número de pedido y una captura de tu registro en la app, y te devolvemos el dinero de tu pedido.

Rutina de 3 frascos. La garantía también aplica y te devolvemos el pedido completo. Cubre solo tus primeras 30 noches: se pide al terminar el primer frasco, no después de usar el segundo o el tercero.

No tienes que devolver el producto. El reembolso se hace al mismo método de pago que usaste. Tu banco puede tardar unos días en reflejarlo.

Pedido dañado o equivocado. Si tu pedido llega dañado o no es lo que pediste, escríbenos a soporte@fastingforyou.app con una foto y lo resolvemos.

Duerme Mejor 30-night guarantee. Add Duerme Mejor to your supplement kit in the Fasting For You app and check it off every night for your first 30 nights. If at the end of those 30 nights you don't notice a difference, email soporte@fastingforyou.app with your order number and a screenshot of your log in the app, and we'll refund your order.

3-bottle routine. The guarantee applies too, and we refund the full order. It covers only your first 30 nights: request it when you finish the first bottle, not after using the second or third.

You don't need to send the product back. Refunds go to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Damaged or wrong order. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email soporte@fastingforyou.app with a photo and we'll make it right.
